Position: Product Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional technical solutions and customer experiences. Based primarily in the Helsinki-Espoo-Vantaa area, this hybrid role also offers flexibility to work remotely. Candidates residing in Lahti or Jyväskylä are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales skills in a product management role.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience providing technical support in a client-facing role.
• An ability to understand technical specifications and explain them effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Test & Measurement solutions is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Scandinavia and the Baltics.
